Delivery Area

We ship to all 27 European Union member states. All orders are dispatched from within the EU, so there are no customs declarations, import duties, or additional fees.

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over €200: Free standard shipping
• Orders under €200: Flat rate of €9.95
• Express shipping: Additional €14.95

Packaging & Handling

All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit, but we take every precaution to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

Returns

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@peptiva.eu with your order number.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
