Products & Use

All products are sold exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory experimentation. They are not intended for human or animal use, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. Peptiva assumes no liability for misuse of products.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Peptiva and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptiva's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Peptiva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
