These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products under the Peptiva brand by Regenevia Pro s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Peptiva. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for legitimate in vitro research purposes and that you are affiliated with a research institution, laboratory, or academic organisation.

Products & Use

All products are sold exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory experimentation. They are not intended for human or animal use, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. Regenevia Pro s.r.o., operating under the Peptiva brand, assumes no liability for misuse of products.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order.

Refunds

Peptiva offers replacements or refunds only in narrow circumstances. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Peptiva and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regenevia Pro s.r.o.'s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Regenevia Pro s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Regenevia Pro s.r.o. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
