Every batch undergoes independent third-party laboratory testing using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry. We guarantee a minimum purity of 99% on all products, with Certificates of Analysis (CoA) available upon request.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept at 2–8°C and used within 2–4 weeks for optimal results. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for every product and batch. You can request a CoA by contacting us at info@peptiva.eu with your order number or the product name.

We offer quantity-based pricing with discounts for larger orders. For custom synthesis enquiries, please contact us at info@peptiva.eu with details of the peptide sequence, purity requirements, and quantity needed.

We currently accept bank transfers (SEPA) for secure payments. Additional payment options will be available soon.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@peptiva.eu with your order number.

If Packeta confirms your package is lost and never delivered, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Unfortunately no. Uncollected packages are not eligible for refund or replacement. We send you a tracking link, a ready-for-pickup email, and a reminder before the storage deadline expires — please collect on time.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. SEPA bank transfer reversals typically appear in 3–5 business days.

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.

We ship to all 27 European Union member states. All orders are dispatched from within the EU, so there are no customs delays or additional import fees.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for most destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €200. Orders under €200 have a flat shipping fee of €10.00.

All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled, sealed packaging to maintain product integrity. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit, but we take extra precautions during warmer months.
