Our peptides are sold exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory experimentation. They are not intended for human or animal use, and are only available to qualified researchers and institutions.

Every batch undergoes independent third-party laboratory testing using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry. We guarantee a minimum purity of 99% on all products, with Certificates of Analysis (CoA) available upon request.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept at 2–8°C and used within 2–4 weeks for optimal results. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for every product and batch. You can request a CoA by contacting us at info@peptiva.eu with your order number or the product name.

We offer quantity-based pricing with discounts for larger orders. For custom synthesis enquiries, please contact us at info@peptiva.eu with details of the peptide sequence, purity requirements, and quantity needed.

We currently accept bank transfers (SEPA) for secure payments. Additional payment options will be available soon.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@peptiva.eu with your order number.

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. No additional charges are added at checkout beyond the displayed price and any applicable shipping fee.

We ship to all 27 European Union member states. All orders are dispatched from within the EU, so there are no customs delays or additional import fees.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for most destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €200. Orders under €200 have a flat shipping fee of €10.

All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled, sealed packaging to maintain product integrity. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit, but we take extra precautions during warmer months.

We accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. Contact info@peptiva.eu to initiate a return.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive a returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

CoAs are available for all products. Email us with your order number and we'll send the relevant certificates.

Each product page includes reconstitution guidelines. Generally, use bacteriostatic water and store reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C.
