Delivery Area

Peptiva ships to all EU member states except Malta and the Canary Islands. All orders are dispatched from within the EU, so there are no customs declarations, import duties, or additional fees.

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over €200: Free standard shipping
• Orders under €200: Flat rate of €10.00

Packaging & Handling

All peptides are shipped in bubble packaging to maintain product integrity. Products are stored in a dedicated laboratory freezer maintained at −20°C before dispatch. Products are shipped under qualified ambient conditions. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit.
