Peptiva Quality Standards

Quality Control

Quality begins with documented handling, independent analysis, and clear release standards. Peptiva works with third-party laboratories to verify the identity and purity of its research peptides before they are released for sale.

Controlled Storage and Handling

Products are stored in a dedicated laboratory freezer maintained at −20°C before dispatch. Products are shipped under qualified ambient conditions.

Cold storage applies before dispatch only. Shipments are not temperature-controlled, and Peptiva does not ship frozen or on ice.

Independent Third-Party Analysis

Every peptide batch is independently tested by Liquilabs s.r.o., an analytical laboratory in Zlatníky-Hodkovice, Czechia. The laboratory is independent of Peptiva and issues its own Certificate of Analysis for each sample it receives.

Each returned report is reviewed against Peptiva's release standard before the batch it covers is released for sale.

HPLC Purity Analysis

High-performance liquid chromatography separates a sample into its individual components and measures how much of each is present. It answers one question: what proportion of the material is the peptide itself, rather than the related substances left behind by synthesis.

Peptiva's release standard is ≥99% purity.

Mass Spectrometry Identity Verification

HPLC establishes how much of a sample is the intended peptide. It does not, on its own, confirm which peptide that is. Mass spectrometry measures the molecular mass of the material and compares it against the mass expected for the compound.

Run together, the two methods answer both questions — what the material is, and how much of it is the compound named on the label.

Review and Release

Every peptide batch is reviewed before release. Only products meeting Peptiva's quality standard are released.

Test Result Transparency

Certificates of Analysis are published on the product page of every peptide we have tested.

Reports are hosted by the laboratory that issued them, not by Peptiva, so what you open is the document as the laboratory published it. Where a product has no report yet, it simply has no test result page — there is no substitute claim.

Peptiva ships to all EU member states except Malta and the Canary Islands.
